These Terms of Use govern your use of all mobile applications and digital products published by SmallFolks Studio. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
1. About SmallFolks Studio
SmallFolks Studio is an independent app developer publishing mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our apps are designed for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. By using our apps, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
3. License to Use
SmallFolks Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our apps
4. In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
SmallFolks Studio does not directly handle payment information. All billing is managed by Apple or Google.
Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
5. Advertising
Some of our apps display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdMob. These ads may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant content. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
Premium or ad-free versions may be available through in-app purchase to remove advertisements.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our apps, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. User Content
Our apps do not currently allow users to submit or post public content. Any data you enter (such as predictions, preferences, or settings) is stored locally on your device or in your personal account and is not shared with other users unless explicitly stated within the app.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks within our apps are the property of SmallFolks Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.
Third-party trademarks, team names, logos, or tournament names referenced in our apps belong to their respective owners. SmallFolks Studio is not affiliated with FIFA, any football federation, or any sports organization unless explicitly stated.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmallFolks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or our website.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
